Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unwashed and unworn socks into their original mailer or a secure envelope, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
